Who We Are
Bruce Wallace
President
I bought my first rental house back in 1983 when I was 18. Throughout college and in subsequent years I added rental investments one at a time. I was the classic DIYer over this time; replacing plaster with sheetrock, installing linoleum, changing light fixtures, etc. By the mid 1990s I had “graduated” to replacing kitchen cabinets with ones built in my home shop and tiling bathrooms, which led to entire apartment renovations. Finally, in 1999 I decided to take the plunge and go for a major remodel and rebuild of my own home. This led to a high-end new construction project on Lake Washington, and then another, and then another. By this point I had left my “first” career in high technology sales management, and focused on my true passion of design and construction.
It’s a labor of love for me – I’ve been fortunate enough to build some really cool houses in a variety of genres. Mediterranean, Classic NW Contemporary, Cottages with Old World charm, Fusion (my favorite) and Modern Elements. All of these can make a great finished product if the proper care goes into the design, planning, and build phases.
We try to create and deliver great spaces, which allow a house to become a Home! I take pride in being able to deliver a good “bang for the buck” - since much of my work is for my own spec development business I am extremely conscience of budgets and costs. At the end of the day, you can trust that we will treat your project as if it was our own. It will be Crafted With Care.

Tyler Shea. Field Manager and Master Carpenter.
I began working in the construction trades while attending college, and have never looked back. In 2005 I moved to Seattle from the Tri-Cities, and began working on high-end construction projects as a finish carpenter. Things were going great and then the recession hit. Knowing no better, I decided to launch my own business into the teeth of the downturn, and little by little my business grew. It proved to me that quality work and commitment to quality can succeed in spite of external circumstances.
I met Bruce back in 2010 and we immediately hit it off. I liked the houses he built and he liked my finish work. A couple of years ago Bruce and I began to discuss an expanded role on his projects beyond finish carpentry. Construction has always been a passion of mine with a goal of homebuilding and General Contracting, and working alongside Bruce has allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills. I take great pride in my work and similar to Bruce I’ve been fortunate enough to work on a variety of homes valued from $250,000 to $6M. Regardless of price or budget, my commitment is to treat your project as if it were my own.
